Printed Transfer License

**** WHAT YOU ARE BUYING ****
This license allows you to sell PRINTED TRANSFERS of any Southern Draw digital designs, up to 100 copies PER DESIGN. If you reach 100 of a single design please contact me.
Printed transfers include but are not limited to inkjet, sublimation, htv etc. Screenprints and DTF transfers are not covered by this license. Anything that is NOT on a finished item. Transfers are items you sell to your customer and they apply the design themselves.
If you are looking for a license to sell finished items please purchase the Extended Commerical License.
If you have any questions as to if this is the correct license you need please feel free to contact me.
No coupons may be used to purchase licenses.

All designs are created by Jessica of Southern Draw and as such, the copyright belongs to and will remain property of Southern Draw.
**** TERMS OF USE ****
You are NOT allowed to claim, share, sell, giveaway or alter any designs belonging to Southern Draw. You may not copy or create items which look very similar to this design in order to get around the terms of use.
You are NOT allowed to use any Southern Draw designs in part or in whole to create new digital designs to sell. This includes but is not limited to SVG, embroidery files, clipart or anything of similar nature.
You may NOT copy, add to, make color changes, make minor changes or any other alterations (besides personalizing with name/wording) to resale digitally or on physical items.
You may NOT copyright or trademark, in part or whole, any design belonging to Southern Draw.
You are NOT allowed to use any Southern Draw designs on 3rd party, print on demand sites such as but not limited to: Zazzle, CafePress, Printful, Amazon Merch, etc. If you don't print it yourself, it is NOT allowed.
When posting pictures you MUST put a watermark over designs, if you are unsure how to do this please reference our facebook group, Southern Draw Digital Designs.
